Sirectifier Electronics Technology Corporation, offers a range of IGBT products including modules and discretes . The module family includes products with voltage ratings from 600V, 1,200V to 1,700V and current ratings from 2x50A to 2x400A. Switch configurations include single, dual, chopper and half bridge options. Modules are designed and constructed to meet the most rigorous performance requirements in the market . Our technology are both SPT+(Soft Punch Through +) IGBT technology and Trench Technology, we are also able to offer the Modules in the NPT(Non-Punch Through) Technology.  The discrete IGBT device includes in all package styles...TO-263, TO-220AB, TO-247AD, GBJ(RS6M), 3GBJ(RS8M), SOT-227(ISOTOP) etc. Voltage ratings from 600V to 1,200V and current ratings from 14A to 200A.

Sirectifier Electronics Technology Corporation, develops and manufactures a range of Schottky Diode products for the Power Supply field. Voltages range from 15V to 200V and current ratings range from a few amps to 2x400A. We also develop and manufacture GaAs and SiC Schottky Diode.

Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors---Snap-in and Screw type

Sirectifier Electronics Technology Corporation, develops and manufactures a range of Snap-in and Screw type Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors for the Power Electronics field. The voltages range from 16VDC to 550VDC and capacitance range from 68uF to 1,500,000uF , The temperature Range from 85°C to 105°C.
